* Why do some of your items come with warning labels?
You may see warning labels on certain Fluff products. A requirement of the State of California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 “Proposition 65” says that if a product contains one or more of a regularly updated list of over 300 chemicals, even trace amounts, then any person coming into contact with the product must be reasonably notified of the “potential” risk. It is practically impossible for any manufacturer such as ourselves to test our products to this level and so as a precautionary measure both to ensure we fulfill our duty to our customers and also to protect Fluff as a company we have been advised to label our products - even if the risk is practically non-existent. Most all of these substance dangers are based on ingesting the substance. Many soft PVC products contain phthalates, a chemical that gives “non leather” it’s flexibility. PVC also contains lead. There are many products on the market in California w/out proper “labeling” . Most soft PVCs contain these substances. There is a lot of debate as to the validity of the proposition for non consumable and non environmental applications. Fluff product is not intended for consumption.
SHIPPING
After your order has been confirmed and authorized, it will be processed and shipped out to you within 24-48 hours. This does not include weekends and holidays. Please allow 3-7 business days for ground delivery. Please note, FLUFFSHOP.COM cannot always guarantee availability of products. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of this via email. Your confirmation email will include your UPS or USPS tracking number. Orders received by 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped within 24 hours from that business day. Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed and shipped the following business day. We do not ship orders on weekends and holidays.
In order to ensure timely delivery of your package, we cannot allow changes to an order once submitted over the website.
Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, & Puerto Rico can be shipped by:
UPS Next Day Air,
UPS 2nd Day Air,
or US Postal Service Priority Mail
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International orders are shipped by US Postal Service or UPS.
International Shipping Charges vary per country and weight of package.
FLUFFSHOP.COM is not responsible for Duty and Freight Charges for International Orders
We make every effort to deliver your package to you as soon as possible.
However, there are some conditions which may cause delays:
Credit Card Approval: Inconsistent credit card, billing and/or shipping information may delay your order.
Cutoff Time: Orders received after 11:00 AM PST will be processed the following business day.
UPS Ground Service: Delivery to some destinations may take between 3 to 7 business days.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
FLUFFSHOP.COM wants you to be totally satisfied with your purchase, and gives its customers 14 days from receipt to return or exchange your item . If you are not totally happy with your purchase, and wish to return or exchange your unworn FLUFFSHOP.COM merchandise you must first request a Return Authorization number (RA). No returns or exchanges will be accepted without an RA number on the invoice and on the return box.
REQUESTING AN RA (Return Authorization)
You can request an RA by emailing customer service at service@fluffshop.com .
All FLUFFSHOP.COM merchandise must be returned with the tags attached, and the original invoice within 14 days of receipt. FLUFFSHOP.COM will exchange it or credit your credit card used for the original purchase. When sending your items, we advise using an insured carrier such as Federal Express, USPS Priority insured or UPS. This will enable you to track your package more easily. Please note that FLUFFSHOP.COM cannot assume responsibility for uninsured packages that are lost or stolen in the mail.
If you wish to make a return or exchange to FLUFFSHOP.COM, please follow these four easy steps: 1. Make a copy of the original invoice. 2. Write the RA number on the invoice and on the front of the box and indicate on the invoice whether you wish to make an exchange or receive a credit on the credit card used for the original purchase. For exchanges, please indicate on the invoice what merchandise you would like in exchange. 3. Pack and seal you return securely and include the invoice. Packages must be returned pre-paid. FLUFFSHOP.COM will not accept COD deliveries. All credits will be placed on the card used for the original purchase. Policy Subject to Change Anytime Without Notice.
